Life Coach and Educator
My name is Allyson. I am a certified teacher, an ICF trained Life Coach and a Blissology trained yoga instructor. I have a B.Sc of Kinesiology in active health and rehabilitation, a B.Ed, and a diploma in Outdoor & Environmental Education.
My passion is to support individuals in living their best life through movement, nature therapy and tapping into your true self. I love to play outside – in the mountains, in water, on rocks and in snow. Indoors I’m also known to dance in the living room, play with my cat, and nerd out playing board games.

Well, I grew up in Coquitlam, BC. I have a B.Sc of Kinesiology in active health and rehabilitation, a B.Ed, and a diploma in Outdoor & Environmental Education. For my day job I’m a PE teacher at a school for students with special needs, and I moonlight as an ICF trained Life Coach and a Blissology trained yoga instructor.
Aside from continuously studying new things, I love to play outside – in mountains, in water, on rocks and in snow. Indoors I’m also known to dance in the living room, play with my cat, and nerd out playing board games.
